Adam recommends 2 consultations prior to undergoing any surgery

A fee of £200.00 is payable on first attendance

This is offset against any future treatment undertaken

The 2nd consultation is free of charge

1st Consultation

Adam will take a history and perform a relevant examination

A proposed treatment plan will be discussed and questions answered

A detailed quote for cost of treatment will be forwarded by mail or e-mail within 1 week with possible dates for surgery

2nd Consultation

The proposed treatment plan will be discussed and amendments to the plan or dates of surgery made if required

Adam will still be available to discuss any issues prior to surgery as it is important that all questions are answered and that you are happy with your treatment plan
